In our program we have different instructors for all the workouts that we offer. We will be taken a different class everyday to combine all forms of exercise to achieve our maximum training endurance.
Pilates - 1 ½ hour program
Focus on your spine and all of your muscles closest to your skeletal system to achieve a stronger foundation for your body. Learn how to move your body from your core while you work on stretching and strengthening. Our exercises start lying on the mat; we progress to kneeling and eventually end standing. In this way you will be less weight bearing on your joints and able to work on your low back, pelvic floor, gluts, shoulder stabilization and coordination in a progressive way to better your surfing. The structure of the class is "mini circuits". We take 5-6 exercises, learn them well and repeat the movements, so that you may be set up for success and really able to achieve the spirit and what Pilates is about: Awareness and Confidence!
Yoga – 2 hour program.
We will be taken Ashtanga Yoga or Bikrams Yoga.
Kickboxing – 1 ½ hour program.
Kickboxing is a contact sport originally from Japan, and mixes a combination of boxing a various martial arts such as karate and taekwondo.
Kick boxing includes many styles of combat that varies from country to country, so covers Thai Boxing, Savate, (practiced in France), low kick and full contact.
Kick Boxing techniques in combination with Judo or Ju Jitsu techniques are excellent forms of personal self defense as well as great way to work out and maintain optimum physical condition, weight loss and muscular definition.
A full fitness work out using Kick Boxing includes a warm up, stretching, then a combination of kicks and punches using a punching bag.
This type of workout guarantees immediate results.
Beach Boot Camp - 1 ½ hour program.
Cross train your body with a mix of mat Pilates and functional training out in the sand. This workout is both fat burning and strength building. The moves are dynamic and your body will feel cleansed, empowered and energized! Come have fun with us as we use the tools of Mother Nature (coconuts, rocks, sand) for this six part workout: Pilates, warm-up, medicine ball work, active stretching, cardio and cool down.
Power Hike - 1 ½ hour program.
We will take you to a long walk up on the mountain. It is a good workout and you get to see amazing mountain views, monkeys, macaws and toucans. You will love it!!
Our Fitness Training Programs will be done in the mornings, if you feel like doing another activity in the afternoon or later in the day check out our daily packages. (Surfing lessons, Stand Up Paddle Tours, Mountain Biking)

TRX is a complete suspension training system. It is a revolutionary method for bodyweight exercise, that build power, strength, flexibility and balance, all at the intensity you choose.
